1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Mambaji online betting platform ("Mambaji", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the Mambaji website or app, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

Mambaji is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. Our platform is built for users in Bangladesh and operates in compliance with applicable Bangladeshi law.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Mambaji platform. For any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

2 Account Registration

To register with Mambaji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may only register one account.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If multiple members of the same household use accounts from the same device or IP address, Mambaji must be notified.

Update Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or address), you must notify Mambaji's support team immediately. Mambaji will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Mambaji follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and transparent platform. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• On your first withdrawal.
• When total withdrawals exceed ৳50,000.
• In the event of unusual transactions on the account.
• At the discretion of Mambaji.

Required Documents

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals are not possible without KYC verification.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory when betting on Mambaji:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a cashout option is available.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Mambaji will not be held liable for bets voided due to odds changes.
• Mambaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account will be subject to investigation.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the final odds. Connectivity issues may cause delays in bet processing.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win from a single bet is ৳10,00,000. Different limits apply for multiple bets or parlay bets. Contact our support team for details.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers at Mambaji. Specific terms for each bonus are listed on the bonus page.

• Where applicable, a promo code must be provided to claim a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Mambaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be considered fraud.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mambaji and may result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another member's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches for unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Registering under a false identity.

Mambaji reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Mambaji may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or relevant authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to support@mambaji.com. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Mambaji is not responsible for retaining the balance of a closed account.

9 Limitation of Liability

Mambaji is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet connection disruptions.
• Issues caused by your device or software.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party (if you have shared your password).
• Delayed or failed transactions due to incorrect information provided.
• Temporary service suspension due to regulatory changes.

Mambaji's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount in dispute under any circumstances.

10 Responsible Gaming

Mambaji believes betting should be a form of entertainment. We encourage our members to play responsibly. The following tools are available in your account:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for an extended break.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We typically resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate to a higher authority. Mambaji's decision shall be final and binding in all dispute settlements. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
